Steps I’ve taken

A journey into minimalism is all about taking small steps. I have chosen for one small step every week. I’m not sure where those steps might take me but I’m loving the journey!

For those of you who are new here or simply curious about what steps I’ve already taken, here is the complete and unabridged list! So read, indulge, react and maybe… only if you feel like it… take a step of your own.

    Well, I feel I live minimally in the sense that I practice my exercises of Tai Chi, Qigong and Self Massage more or less every morning there fore feeling in better shape physically, mentally and emotionally and being of self-help to my health.
